| I have for sale a HID kit ( H7 lamps) for sale, it includes the ballasts, the lamps and wiring, instructions and holders. I paid £100 from ebay for them, I will take £50 ono posted for them. I am not going to use them so am happy for someone else to make use of them. They really do give a lot more light when driving in the dark. PM me if interested Last edited by V5-Steve; 20-05-2008 at 19:07. |

| The brightest HID's are around 4,300k, the higher the k the more blue/purple the light gives off, but they are also then not as bright. 4,300k = brilliant white (high powered halogens are just under 4,000k) 6,000k = white with a blue tint 8,000k = very pronounced blue 10,000k = very blue light, above this the blue turns purple. | The Fabia does use the H7 in the dipped beam, however you will loose the beam pattern, with the light scattering all over the place. Do a search for HID or Xenon and you will see others that have reported the problem. |

| Yes they will fit a fabia as that is what I had them fitted too, yes there is some loss of beam pattern I won't lie, but you can see the scatter even with the normal lamps. |
