Talking Tarty alloy Forge cap covers for sale. Bit of bling!

As per this photo. You can't quite see, but there's one on the water bottle cap as well.

Reason for selling? Well, as bad as it sounds I actually want to save some weight! Plus I want to try and colour code the two caps, rather than have this shiny alloy bling on it.

Both caps in reasonable nick, but there are some small marks on them. They're still on my engine / reservoir now, but can get them off for some macro shots for more detail. I think mine will look better colour coded silver.

Thinking something like £30 all in.

I just think they look a bit OTT, but fancy going for the silver look, given I have still got a shedload of silver skoda paint, lacquer, and plastic primer.

OI! Steve's taken over that role now.

I still have a few here and there though. but I'm going for a more colour coded engine bay to be honest, so no room for blingy chunky caps like these.

No - you don't "need" it but you get an engine light on if you remove it. You get 2 spare vacuum hoses with it removed.

Allard Motor Company They're who supplied me the race pipe, and the blanking off kit.

golf tees and I don't care about the engine light - have vagcom. Heard possibly attaching a balloon to the end will still trick it into thinking its doing something.
