Octavia VRS

My cupra is now up for sale so in a few weeks im going to be looking for an octavia vrs.

Basically i want a mk1 but i want it as new and with as few miles as possible.. Ive got up to about 7k to play with so want something thats going to last!

Any colour considered except the yellow!

Thats rather nice.. Wasnt sure about the red but looks damn nice there!

Hi Ninja,

My wifes silver December 2004 54 plate hatchback will be up for sale in 2 weeks time when we pick up our new car (Avensis Estate I know what a boring car but we have a German Shepherd puppy who will not be able to fit in the Octy and the deal we are getting on the Avensis is just too good to turn down).

We have had the car from new and it has just covered 29000 miles, it is in mint condition and has had 4 new michelin tyres about 5000 miles ago.

It also has ESP and rear parking sensors factory fitted. The ESP only came as standard on the special edition WRC model I believe.

I have just joined freedom to advertise it on the site in the coming week. I am going to advertise it at £6,995.

If you want any other information give me a shout.

That sounds perfect with that low mileage and only 1 owner!! Where are you based ? Im in Reading..

I just hope i can sell mine now asap!! Im sure you wont be advertising that for long!!

I had esp on my last octavia VRS, and my new fabia, think esp is standard fit on vag cars just for your information m8, i may be wrong.

I think ESP was standard on the Fabia, but the Octavia came with ASR as standard, ESP was a £400 optional extra.

Hi Ninja, I am based in Derby so not really local to you however I will post all the details I can with Photo's when we have our new car on the driveway, so if you are interested it may be worth a journey.

We are going to be gutted when the car goes, it is by far the best car we have ever owned, and in an ideal world we would be swapping it for a mk2 Octy Estate however as I said before the deal we are getting on the Avensis is unbelievable so we are prepared to live with dull as dishwater image and drive for the sake of our new family with added German Shepherd.

Umm, don't tell anyone but all vRS's are hatch backs or estates.
