| hey guys i am looking for a stealth shelf for my 1999 octy, and i'm having trouble finding one. i have been quoted £150 for one, but after paying only £70 for my last one (in a rover 214) i am reluctant to double the price! if anyone has one for sale or knows somewhere i can get one for a reasonable price i would be grateful. many thanks |

| Very easy to make. Two pieces of mdf the same size as your rear shelf and a jigsaw. The top one you need to cut the same shapes out as the set down parts in your original shelf. The lower piece has to be kept the same outline as the original.Glue together with pva and a few wood screws. And cover with carpet as close a match to yours as you can find.Would cost about £60 and a couple of hours.Done several for other cars octavia looks very easy. |
