very pleased with the remap. I considered getting rid of this car for the new VRS diesel octi but I think I will be keeping this now and improving the handling and creating a mk1 vrs diesel.

My gamble buying the PD130 and not the 110bhp certainly paid off, I know they cost a little more to buy but I knew from a tuning point of view it was the way togo.

This has replaced my mk1 vrs (Custom remapped by you guys) and to be honest there doesn't feel to be much difference in acceleration, I'm sure there is a difference but what a hoot.

Now the modding bug has caught on again, you mentioned the Weitec Suspension was the new way forward, I don't want to lower the car too much as the bottom of the engine seems to be very low to the ground allready and I don't want the ride to harsh, I was thinking of around 20-30mm and I may be using the car to tow a trailer tent or caravan in the next few years, Can you recommend a suitable kit and give approx prices for the kit and fitting, I wont be able to afford it just yet but if you can give me an idea of what would be best and what price I can start saving for them.

PD130 engine is pretty tweakable. Good to hear you're happy with it. What did you get? Around 180bhp?

I dont know how much extra power the car now has, I only had a generic map done. I'm guessing around the 160bhp so when I do get it on the rollers I will have a very pleasant shock
