Just a note to say thanks for the suspension/bushes/ARB fitting on Friday 
The transformation, as I was expecting, is quite apparent! Seemingly no loss of ride comfort at all with the suspension drop and FSD dampers. Overall ride quality has actually improved I feel, as the 'wallowliness' and bouncy ride that the standard setup can often be accused of has been completely removed.
As I've now sampled pretty much all major combinations of spring/damper choice on the Fabia platform, I would say this is definitely the one to go for 
Oh, and the addition of gold wheelarch adornment is defintely a plus in my book too

Will wait till I get the FMIC, remap, hydrid turbo, PD160, the extra PD engine in the boot, the Haldex linkup, the 18inch 225 wheels etc - then I'll have a go
Hmm, 2nd thoughts, might be cheaper to get an RS4...............
