Default ABD Racing Oversized Boost Pipes

Has anyone fitted upper Oversized Turbo Intake Pipe, lower or both and if so were the handy to fit. And did you notice much of a power gain from it?

Yep...quite a few of us have the ABD TIP...ran a group buy earlier in the year.

A bugger to fit......unless your from Kent and have small hands ...be prepared for grazed knuckles.

Allows the trubo to spin up quicker....think of it like a hose pipe with a kink in it and the water flow is restricted. Remove that restriction and water flows very well (where have I heard this explanation before? ).

no noticeable difference, if anything it reduced the power, i believe you need increased boost pressure to make full use of it, i.e. through remap or boost controller.

A while back i got 174bhp on rolling road-only mod at the time was the inlet pipe.
