| Hi guys, Was having a look under my new Fabia (05 plate VRS 27000miles, I've done about 60miles since I picked the car up) and have a question for you. The engine appears to have an undertray pretty much under all of it, the only place I can see anything engine ish is at the left hand side there is a small (2-3inch) hole in the undertray and a bit of finned metal is visible (part of sump ? perhaps), this was shiny with oil, have not noticed any drips onto the floor, do you think this is this anything to worry about ?, have never had a diesel before so I'm not sure how oily they are ! It was bought as a Skoda approved used car so has 12 month warranty on it should I take it back for them to look at it, or keep an eye on it myself and see what happens ? Cheers, Alan |

| if in warranty then get it back there asap, if only for a record that it was returned under warranty. |

| Its pretty well covered on here. The hole is just under the lower intercooler pipe. They usually drip a little bit of oil from the intake system when at rest.
