| Just announced in NL: my "custom" MAD springs have now become official aftermarket options. Skoda will be supplying a full range of suspension solutions - lowering springs, sports suspension sets, additional springs (what's the official English term for this?) and level-adjusting shocks - all of them developed in cooperation with MAD. - MAD lowering springs: available for all Skoda models - sports suspension (MAD lowering springs and Koni shocks): available for Octavia - MAD additional springs (for heavy loads or for pulling caravans): available for all Skoda models - MAD level-adjusting springs: available for Octavia and Superb Interestingly, the announcement doesn't say whether these are Skoda Auto options or merely Skoda NL options. No prices mentioned either... For the moment I'd say well done with your choice for KWs, Eibachs etc. - unless this is a real Europe-wide announcement, with warranty aspects taken care of. Still, it's a remarkable thing to see a manufacturer (or an importer, either way) offer a full range of suspension upgrades...

| Hmm, self levelling.... ![]() Can you find out how much the "spring assisters" (for towing \ heavy loads) are, and whether they are fron t *and* rear or just rear?

| OK, so they are called spring assisters and self-levelling shocks. Thanks, Ian! I suspect that a call to MAD's UK branch would help too. Quickest way to find out if this is bigger than just NL.
