Octavia VRS front disc/pad change - DIY help

Anyone offer a step-by-step guide to changing the front dics/pads on my '01 Octy VRS?

I've done a search through the forums and not found anything definitive.

I know I need a caliper wind-back tool, which I plan on getting from gsf.

Have a look on the UKMIV forums...there's deffo one on there.

You will need the caliper winding back tool....approx £20 from Halfrauds.

Try this, same setup:
Brake pad and rotor replacement - Passat World Forums

You dont need the piston wind back tool for the front, only the rears. A Glamp or screw driver as in the above should push the piston back. You will need a 7mm allen key to.
