Hi guys...Just picked the car up today, and all was going fine until it decided to rain. Switched the wipers on to intermittent, then onto constant. Drove for a while then stopped. Got back in car, wipers still on as it was still raining. When I got home, I tried to switch the wipers off, but putting the stick into position 0 puts them on constant. The next position up now sort of switches them off if I alter the time-delay switch, the other positions work as they should. Any ideas much appreciated... Cheers Ventmore

If you desperately need to stop them until you can take it in, pull out fuse number 24. Its 20Amp. (Owners manual, Page 157).

Went into Slacks this morning around 9:15. By 9:45 I was on my way back with a new wiper control unit fitted. Not bad service methinks... Ventmore
