Looks nice indeed, getting more like mine every day

Is the back a bit higher or is it just the driveway?

What did that little lot set you back (inc fitting?). I'm thinking suspension before remap is probably the way forward, the ride could do with being a bit more comfy after the 17"s went on and less body roll would be good, if those two are not mutually incompatible.

vRS springs arent any lower. (-25mm)

Its still got to settle a bit anyhow it takes a couple of thousand miles for the springs to sag a bit

You really need to catch up Colin, your way behind, as soon as ive got 5 mins Mobs will be braked up.

Hey Mob,

I dont know what were going to do with Colin. Hes been out in mine a couple of times to see what the suspension is like, do you think he will ever buy something?

Just stalling I think.

On uneven surfaces (back roads etc) it rides the surface much much better - better damping I suspect. It gives me confidence to arrive at corners much quicker than with the standard setup

On smoother tarmac the ride is firmer and the car bounces "quicker", rather than wallowing - some people might not like that if they are used to really comfortable cars but I prefer this kind of ride

It rides much better on bad surfaces than my 330ci (with sport suspension) - that is horrible to drive on back roads (but superb on the smooth stuff)

Ross are you sure the ride drop with the TDI Eibachs is the same as vRS ones? Looking at Motob's pics, without 17" wheels the arch to wheel gap would little changed from standard. Whereas the vRS Eibachs are visually significantly lower even with standard 16" wheels. I thought from other posts TDI springs dropped 15mm and vRS 30mm.
