Question pulse wire

Hi i was wondering if anyone can help me i am trying to wire a taxi meter into my skoda octavia elegance 1.9 td and i need to know which one is the pulse wire i have been to 2 skoda dealers and no one can tell me does anyone here have any idea's. thanks paul

you should be able to access the speed signal from the iso connector on the back of the radio....

if my memory serves me right it's a blue wire with a white tracer, but i'm sure somebody else will come along in a moment to confirm or deny this

I think there are two option and I can't be 100% which would suit your meter.

There is the Gala wire which runs to the back of the radio but there is also obviously one to the speedo.

You don't say MK1 or MKII.
