Default Removing Side Repeaters?

I have looked around on how to do this, but cannot find out how you are actually meant to change the bulb, the manual says take the car to a dealer to do this!

LOL! Undo the wheel archliner and all will become clear You cannot get them off from the outside:

Jack it up
Undo wheel arch liner
Push the bulb holder out from the inside
Chnage bulb

Refitting is the reverse of the above. I had this when I changed to the RS smoked repeaters (£1.50 from the dealer) and scratched the paint trying to get them off from the outside

You won't need to remove the wheel arch liner completely. Just undo enough fasteners to be able to get your hand up inside. If you have front mudflaps fitted, you will need to undo the 2 Torx screws holding each in place, unclip them, and then remove 2 of the Torx screws holding the liner in place. It's easier to do it than describe how to do it! (Jon talked me though changing my repeaters a while ago too. )

Thanks everybody, I was worried about scratching the paint when trying to prise them off with a chisel! I am going to change both sides with the bulbs that look silver but still shine amber.

Found some "chrome" *cough! side repeater complete units on ebay for £17... but not sure I'm enough of a tart to really want them.
