| Both have excellent names in the industry Revo is more well known in forum circles and believe they have more software availble for upgraqdes but S/chip is OE to vw racing so quality reliability assured . Both on std mapp will give comparible results aswell |

| I have read somewhere here before that the superchips mod is a bit "spiky" too fierce.

| If your in warranty Superchips will cover any parts not covered by the manufacturer that are attributable to the remap IIRC. That piece of mind is IMHO worth it if you want to keep the car longer term or are in the first 3 years.

It was mentioned elsewhere and it is something to do with the cost.

| Odd, the SC guy a few weeks back said it was still there, but this was for a ford. A lot of the ford tuners do seem to offer warranty though. Superchips - Superchips Warranty. It's now the lesser of 12 months, 30k miles or the remainder of the manufacturers warranty by the looks of that. Guess the only way to be sure it to get it in writing from them before you buy.
