Default Sachs clutch and SMF for 6 speeders

After my trip to the gods at Jabba on Saturday I couldn't leave empty handed.....

A fair few £££ lighter...... but worth every penny!!

Their new SMF and uprated clutch kit for the 02M box, I gather this replaces the old Helix item they used to sell. This flywheel should be near as dam rattle proof too!!

This set up should be fine, even when my new turbo goes in

I think I recognize an SRE organic performance clutch kit in the two boxes on the left, which flywheel did you get?

Is that the same one they were in the process of designing for the 2.0 TDI as both use the 02m do they not?

240mm ish?

I really hope so as I'm sick to the back teeth of DMFs.

Not 100% sure on that one mate, it has only recently been developed though-so it stands a fair chance it is the same as you are talking about.
It shouldn't rattle like some of the other 02M single mass wheels.

TBH I'm at the stage where I am not that bothered about the sound relative to failing DMF's

This has been specifically designed in conjunction with Jabba, and is only avaliable through them.

I will be able to report about any 'rattle' in a few weeks time

a flywheel is only a round lump of metal at the end of the day so i'll be surprised if it doesn't rattle as thats caused by the gearbox not the flywheel.

My friend just fitted a Spec Stage 3+ and SMF to his Leon Curpa R from what i gather they are the dogs danglies.

It doesnt rattle too much either you have to listen for it, on a petrol they dont rattle much its on the diesels you can hear them, my fabia is loud at idle with the SMF but i like it haha, makes people take notice. Countless garages / mechanics have commented on the noise but i just laugh it off and put them straight, they never seem to quite understand though.....
