| The factory fit changer doesnt work with any other stereos, many have tried and failed.

| In theory you could make a circuit up that would convert the signal format from the new head unit to the old changer and vice versa. However the research time and cost of the parts needed to this would far outweigh the cost of a new changer. That plus the old vag changer seems to be affected by a little bit of dust far to easily.
