Default temperature warning chime

is there anyway the warning chime for the temperature display can be turned off? it's frightening my pupils. they say it sounds like an aeroplane seatbelt warning. lol.

I find that wearing glasses protects my eyes from the cold - therefore not frightening my pupils

I think it can be modified by VAGcom... but dont hold me to that

PS.. do you not cringe everytime you practice parralel parking with a learner "pleeeese dont kerb the wheeeels"

Or just get a PD100 TDI which has no temp warning beep.

( It's bad enough the computer comes up with the temp every time it gets below 5 degC... )
