Fancy arranging a meet ?!?!?

Perhaps a pub venue or something similar ?!?!

Thought i would start the ball rolling, see what numbers we have and see what people want to do.......

Any takers ?

Sounds like a grand idea, so i would be interested

We could meet somewhere scenic like Castleton, beautiful roads and nice pubs there. We could have a hill climb up Snake Pass

Wherever you decide should be fine, but south Sheffield would be good

I'm up for a meet.......anywhere really, but I'm coming from the south Notts direction. Castleton is fine, Chatsworth yes....... sounds like this could be a good one.

I'd be travelling from Barnsley so its not too far for me.

Castleton would be cool, but parking can be a bit of a bugga. I know it aint the cheapest place to eat, but wot about TGI's near Meadowhall. The food is good and will give the Sheff/Chesterfield ppl a central place to meet?

Either way, count me in on a venue as it would be nice to put faces to handles.

TGI's serve microwave food at inflated prices. I'm not sure they'd appreciate a load of Briskodians on their carpark either. Centertainment is the same. they have actively discouraged 'meets' in the past.
Although doing the Meadowhall ring would be quite tempting....

Deffo up for a meet

I work 5 mins from Castleton but live South Sheffield/Chesterfield. So pretty much anywhere around Sheffield/Peak district would be ok for me.

Theres a decent size car-park at the top of winnits Pass(Castleton) leading to some damn fine open roads

As for a pub venue, I know it is not picturesque, but the Winswick Arms in Chesterfield, just off the A617 or it could be A619 ?? But they play host to all the local car club meets. I go to the BMW car club meet, I know the scooby boys and VW car club go there. Nice beer / food and garden and a huge section of car park we can keep to ourselves !?!?

PS - LXI, don't worry my vRS is only an 8v too
