I know there is already a midlands meet in Peterborough, but I was thinking it would be a good idea to get a meet towards Birmingham way too...

Funky Jutel's Midland Mega Meets (where is Andre, by the way? - haven't seen a post from him for ages) usually start in the car park of the Malt Shovel (CV7 7HL) before going on to the Bull's Head in Meriden for lunch.
It might be worth thinking along similar lines (although I noticed that, last time, the Malt Shovel had a barricade at the exit to their car park exit; presumably to discourage the likes of us from using it as a meeting place).

So that we can get a bit more interest, we could leave it until March so it doesn't clash with any other meets planned in the midlands area, eg. Donnington (19/20th feb)... Grant, you should have your car then so it would be a good time to show it off

OK... We're starting to get some interest now.
Let's start with two dates and see who can make it. I think sundays would be a good bet - a nice chilled day out . So here we go:
Sunday 13th March... or... Sunday 20th March.
If sundays are not good for you, or these dates are not possible, pop it down on a reply. We'll see what happens!
