My brother-in-law started out last night. If you meet a bloke staying in his transit with a mate saying he left his skud at home, that'll be him.

Not going this year myself but have a good time!

I was looking at the schedule yesterday, today is the best day, but that is only 6 hours long. Saturday is very slightly longer in time but only covers less than 65 miles of stages and Sunday was quite promising with it's early start but there are only 4 stages and the day is over by 1pm!

I used to look forward to this time of year so much. I don't know, maybe it's because I was younger, and everything seems more exciting when you are younger, but now I really couldn't give a toss about this rally

Just the usual WRC stuff I think - Eurosport nightly and ITV4 Sunday.

It will be on Eurosport everynigh and ITV4 on Sunday and S4C are showing highlights each night too. It's on at 7:15 tonight on S4C - Ralio - only on for 15 mins though but it won't move around like the Eurosport coverage.

It has nothing to do with getting older, the Rally of Wales, sorry GB! is crap compared the the old RAC Rally. I used to be there every year either servicing or marshalling, but now i wouldn't even waste the diesel money to get there.

Re: Anyone off to Rally GB tomorrow?

Hirvonen is class of the field - well at least until team orders come into it.

I know Loeb needs 5th or better but Hirvonen has just tken 30 second out him on SS6 and 15 out of Marcus.

Spinndrift is out there all weekend in some capacity or other.
