Moto GP Sun 18 May, 12:30 - 14:30 BBC Two

Suzi Perry presents live coverage of the Le Mans Moto GP. Casey Stoner stole most of the plaudits last season in earning his first title, but he was upstaged at Le Mans by Chris Vermeulen.

Well, I think Yamaha have sorted out the problems of the last 2 seasons, Rossi wins by 10+ seconds & goes top of the leader board.
What will Lance say. (better take away his shoe laces & any sharp objects)

Bet Honda can't wait to get the pnumatic valve engine into their bike after the Yamaha 1 2 3.

Great win by Rossi.

A rare mechanical failure for Ducati - a shame since Stoner seemed to be happier this weekend. And JT crashing out on the 1st lap.

But hero of the day has got to go to Lorenzo! 2nd place by a guy who can hardly walk!!!

Sorry, Lance currently typing replies from hospital bed.

The shoe laces were too long so he jarred his spine - and he missed with the wrist slashing attempt and currently has 540 stitches across his midriff
Currently the hospital is filling up all the saline drips from his outpourings of grief.

Breaking News
Stoner's success unlikely to be repeated
The full story has just been released by the Japanese Media. Ducati bosses await trial.

2006
In pre-season trials Stoner repeatedly throws Ducatis up the embankment. Ducati accountant announces something must be done as they are fast running out of bikes and money.
Ducati agree contract with Sicilian Mafia and soon after the heir to the Bridgestone Corporation is abducted.

2007 Season
With 30bhp more, with traction control on the Ducati actuated at anything more than a 20 degree lean angle, with a Superglue tyre formulation from Bridgestone (created at great expense due to the addition of Giant Hornet semen), Stoner wins.

2008 Season
Brigestone heir escapes. Japanese police begin investigations. Other engine manufacturers get to within 15bhp of Ducati and also Michelin improve their formulation. Bridgestone stop addition of Giant Hornet semen to 'Ducati' tyres (to the immense relief of their semen 'collectors').

Now, Stoner steps out on a playing field that now only has 5ft difference.
For all his pleas he finds it's a Case y'know of them falling on Stoney ground and he will have to rely on talent - the results speak for themselves .

News Flash.......Anonosensemoose is in bed next to Lance as she is suffering from severe verbal diarrhoea, with regular bouts of spouting absolute gibberish.

Also has been diagnosed as having severe memory problems and an inability to make any sense. Her over active imagination leads her to believe there are Stoner fans on this forum.

Doctors have advised her to support the prettiest colour bikes and not to jump on the band wagon and pick whoever all the others pick. He has also suggested to try and stop quoting commentators at every given opportunity.

She is currently stable and relaxing, watching friends and say OMG a lot.

Lance (recovering)

News Flash

Fluffmeister reels in shock as for the last few years he thought anonymouse was a BLOKE.

on topic, it's good to see the doctor back, I still think that in the dark old days of 500's and 990's non of the current crop, including lorenzo would / could hope to compete .....

But time and technology move forward
