Lorenzo ruled out of Catalunya, Must say I feel sorry for him.

Btw Rossi being who he is, he has new livery for the occasion.
The livery is based on the style and colours of the Italian football team and is being used to celebrate the start of the European Championship.

WOW that was an interesting qualifying session to say the least.
I think the commentators guessed right about Honda using the new engine but saying they are using the old one.
If The Doctor can win from there then he deserves to win the title.
Should be a great race tomorrow, 9 or 10 riders vi-ing for the win.

Let the whining, whinging & excuses commence

Top ride from Pedrosa, Rossi, Stoner & Dovioso.............that's the winner and the first 3 losers

Oh, those partly pink leathers Are they Pet Shop Boys replicas.

Yes, those leathers were awful
but The doctor didn't whine or winge, he congratulated Pedrosa & said that he was happier with second today than his win last week, as he had had a great battle with Casey Stoner for the place.
Once again the tech 3 Yamahas were up the sharp end, JT rode an excellent second half of the race to get 6th. & seems fired up for Donington on 22nd.

Great overtake at the end from Rossi. Don’t know who won though as he had disappeared somewhere off the front

Go Vale go

I didn't mean from the doctor

I reckon JT has a good chance of a podium for the UK round

Good to see Stoner on it again this week......must say though that it was inevitable that Mr Pink was gonna get past him.......shocked though that Stoner stayed with him.

Lorenzo must try harder to stop throwing himself at the scenery

He'd been taking lessons from Stoner
Good race - shame Rossi was so far back at the beginning else I reckon it could have been veeerrrryyyy interesting i.e. Pedrosa's Honda looked just about perfect but had they been neck and neck from the off I think Rossi's skills would have compensated.

As in "I felt I could have won but the tyres weren't up to it. They were slipping from the off so I had to compensate. Really annoyed cos I felt that at last I had a chance to win"
............. blah blah another six lines or more of whingeing followed.
You could nearly see the tears FFS

OH yes, but it is spectacular to watch.

Did you see Bradly Smiths off, looked a bit nasty, glad he was ok to race.

Dani was fairly on fire alright. If he does get a clear track he really can check out. Must say I like the Eurosport conspiracy theory about Honda using the Pneumatic valve engine in that Honda, jaysus he left them for dust, even the Ducati.

Dani & Rossi are starting to have a bit more respect for each other.

Donnington should be good, hopefully JT will get his nose stuck in.
