| Anyone go? Was there today, those 3.5 litre Megane track cars are sweet. They look and sound amazing. Managed to get sun burnt somehow - was cloudy most of the day and even rained a little bit at one point. All in all a good day - especially when you consider the tickets are free. Makes it worth the 280 mile round trip!

| Yep, I had an enjoyable day. Think the switch to Silverstone as a venue worked well - better facilities and seating/viewing I thought. Good amount of stuff to see and some pretty exciting racing - not bad for free at all Steve

| It was good at Donington before it got too popular. Last year there were just too many visitors for the facilities to cope so I'm not surprised they moved it. I didn't go this year as I was busy tiling the kitchen floor!

| Yeh, I went on both days, very enjoyable. Donnington is a better track for viewing, but Silverstone certainly doesn't disappoint, loads of grandstand space and the facilities were pretty much spot on. Weather was baking yesterday, so many sun burnt people - not me through ![]() Saw a couple of Skodas too, '56 plate yellow fab vrs at Copse corner car park, and red MkI Octy vrs on the campsite. Anyone off here? Well done Renault - never thought I'd say that... ![]() |
