Awesome GTI Rolling Road Day - Saturday 19th July

Ladies & Gentlemen,

Through great demand I have organised a Rolling Road day for 19th July 2008 @ Awesome GTI in Manchester.

This post is the definative post for the day's events. If you are unable to attend or have any queries please PM me and I will update the list accordingly and get back to you ASAP.

Food/Drink : Sarah has kindly organised for burger van to be there through the day which serves
hot and cold drinks
Bacon sarnies , pork sarnies , home made cakes and home made buns
She has stood @ Awesome for a couple of rolling road days before

Cost (does not include anything from the burger van)
2wd is £35 all in
4wd is £45 all in
This is to be paid in full on the day prior to going on the Rolling Road

After your runs you will get a print out of your car's BHP and Torque curves and a movie of your run will also be available to download from Awesome's website soon after the event here Awesome GTI Store UK - Rolling Road. You can also see some previous Briskoda Rolling Road days here.

Arrival Time for 1st runners 8:30 - 9:00am

Lunch break will be around 12:30ish

If you aren't running on the day please feel free to come along as this looks like it's going to be a great day out and you can stay for as little or as long as you like.

No you can't have a new turbo.

I would think it would have to be Late June/July depending on what dates Awesome have got free and events calender.

No fair. just checking my calender, I'm at work on the 5th & 19th July

I would prefer the 19th easier to book off work. Is everyone ok with the 19th July?

I'm not fussed. The organisation has fallen to me before, which I have no problem with. I was looking for an October/November date to become a bit of an annual thing, but happy to have one earlier too. There may well be enough interest to cover both dates potentially, as they're reasonably far apart.
