Well the tours are run Monday to Thursday, and the best day for me would be a Thursday, so a Thursday evening sometime in the future!

Well I didn't quite post what I meant either. I meant beer vs. ale, rather than bitter vs. ale - bitter is a type of ale, so I was intrigued to know what you meant by ales ....

I guess I meant ales in the style of Kentish Ale ('Winter ale'?)as opposed to porter, IPA or bitter. I don't know enough to give the proper classification, I just know what I like... Something like Bishop's Finger, or, when north of the border, 'Heavy'...

Also as for days/dates I'm open, I don't work evenings so any evening is good for me, so I will go with the general consensus. Bareing in mind the tours run Monday to Thursday. Dunno about other days, though I spose I could ask to book it another day if there are enough of us and too make it their worth while.
