Saw a Fabia VRS SE but it had no Brisky sticker and i saw 2 black Octy VRs's but no stickers again. I will catch one of you, one day lol.

I'd be up for the mini meet Ian, just pick a pub with a big carpark so we can all park together to admire the machinery as well as the ale, ha ha!

Re: Briskodians in Carlisle?

Sounds a good deal on the computer there. If you fancy some vRS spotting there's definately 6 within a mile of mine. I wonder if they could be converted to Briskoda.
I will have a think about a suitable pub. Not sure about a weekend at the moment as I'm quite busy until the new year. I don't know about the rest of you, I'd welcome your comments. Also would people prefer Carlisle, or somewhere more central like Penrith. The hunt for a pub car park is on.

Re: Briskodians in Carlisle?

Hello there Hebrew. Do you know if there are any other Fabia vRS SE's in Penrith? I think I've passed your car a few times. My wife works in Penrith and occasionally takes my car, and we have some good friends in Penrith.

Mini-meet would be cool, though I'm not often off work on weekends during the day. Evenings are fine tho!

I think a weekend meet could be done. With these darker nights at the mo you lot wouldn't be able to gaze upon the beauty of my car....

I think there could be 4 altogether, 2 are local registered mines on a 51 plate and i've seen a WG07*** reg one as well, a few times.
Whats your car, i've seen a silver Octy vrs quite a bit on the back Carlisle road these last few weeks.

Re: Briskodians in Carlisle?

I'm driving a race blue mk2 octy vrs, 56 plate. Will be seen on the M6 if the wife's driving it, and occasionally on the A6 between jct 41 and 40 if I'm driving it. Will be down in it quite a bit on the run up to Christmas with various parties and concerts.

As you can probably tell Mac67 is very jealous of my car. Hope I can some sort of meeting arranged, would you be interested?

Does you number plate start with 'O_04' ? Or something along those lines?

I will be getting to finish work at 4:15pm on saturdays until after Xmas at least, so that saves a bit of time

Curious to see the Punto too Sharkrider, never even looked into the showroom at one.

Nope starts with a Y

goes something like YN04 LOA
Not really bothered about posting on a web site as people can see it in the street / on the road anyway

Yeah! I noticed the OEM numberplate - being a computer techie an all that, seemed funny lol. Mr Buzzbee now has vRS spoiler, due to Dean of Dumfries cocking up ordering a replacement spoiler when the old one faded!

See ya round!

Yes my new avatar is rather nice. Pic taken from a proper car Spent 2 hours cleaning her and dressing tyres on Sunday so was an ideal opportunity to try an idea I had, I'm pleased with it.

Should have picked an appropriate venue in the next couple of days, and I think maybe a couple of dates would be good. If people fancy a quick drive as well I'll scout some roads, could be tricky depending on the weather. Hoping for a good turn out. I'll keep you all posted and start a new thread

Nice one Tys, you know it makes sense, will be good to catch up, how long is it now? 20 years-ish?

Eh, you mean you sat in a Fabia vRS parked up behind your ramshackle machine just to take a photo of the back of your barge? Now that's what i call extravagance... LOL
