TBH, I knew it would be hard work to keep up under acceleration. The Swift ain't no drag racer thats for sure

out of a junction the Fabia gets straight up and running with all that torque before the Swift gets to it's powerband DOH! It made me concentrate on my gears anyway, I'd say I made the most gearchanges out of the lot of us

heh, once up and running it wasn't at such a disadvantage, and through some corners it was right back in the game

All I had to do was follow and so I was also trying to stay a reasonable distance back.

Oh, that was the black Vectra that was parked on a bend on one of the narrower lanes we went down, we got to him at the same time as a car coming the other way.
