I will need a definate list of who is attending by the Wednesday before the meet at the latest. The pub is usually fully booked on a Sunday so although it is provisionally booked, they will need exact numbers. I am also bringing the meet time forwards to 11:00am so that we can get parking. Details of the pub etc. will follow so that anyone who is late to the C&F knows where to go. Cheers.
