Just found out I've been double-booked - I'm gutted to put it mildly, especially as I wanted to try out my revised setup

Have fun everyone...

Can we have one of these a month Rob?!

At least I've been to one of these, I suppose - would be nice to increase the tally though

Once a month?! Do you really want to see my car worn out that quicky?

They'll be another in the new year at some point and I've got another event up my sleeve for the spring time.

Anyone know where they're eating?

I can't make it to the C&F for 11:30, (need a shower!) but might be able to meet up with them a little later.

How was the meet? SHame I missed it, family do in Brecon, but did have a 3hour drive cross country up the middle of Wales, to Mancland! Still grinning, car is recovering and am now ready for Crimbo!

Cross country was at least half an hour quicker than a good run along the motorway, and much more entertaining!

Note to self- get a Jabba Sport rear ARB ASP!!!! Any ideas how much this would bump up the insurance? With Adrian Flux at the mo.

Re: Cat & Fiddle V - Saturday 16th December 2006

It was a great day! Bit misty on the tops but on the whole everything was good! Rainy though, bit different to the first C&F 17/12/05 when we had sub-zero temperatures the whole time!
I think I had the lowest mpg out of the group, average of 30.7mpg for the day.

Great day out...

Sorry for pootling about, like I said, I don't really enjoy driving when it's wet/damp.

Let's hope the next one is dry

Nice food and conversation!

I've asked Bryan to send me the video and I'll host&post.
