| Briskodian | Re: Post Rolling Road Day Discussion and Pictures/Video it could be,i popped into the dealers on my way back, they know me well and knew what my plans for the car were when i bought it so maybe they gave me a bit extra?though they say they wouldn't have played. We will get to the bottom at the next meet when we study the boost log on vagcom,we will see what it is doing.

| Re: Post Rolling Road Day Discussion and Pictures/Video Well... had a good run out with Nelly guys.... If only i had a car worth putting on the rollers (dont think she'd even turn the rollers!). Makes me want a Fabia VRS even more!! Would it be possible to re-map a 1.4TDI Fabia? Am thinking of a Fabia 1.4 or 1.9 TDI then get it re-mapped and see how i go... as someone else said, the 1.4 will map nicely.... if you get the 1.9PD100 and map it, the power goes to about 140bhp, so will keep up with 'normal' vRS's well, (me and Rob tested this at a cat'n'fiddle meet )

| Re: Post Rolling Road Day Discussion and Pictures/Video nice to meet you all too! Glad you liked the car... at least you know now that they did them in an L&K! Yeh was looking at the 1.9's, and saw the power they have... can pick a 2002 plate with about 40,000-60,000 on clock for around £4,000. So could have a diesel VRS wannabe for 4.5 K!!! Will keep you guys posted and ask advice if i need it....! Again... had a good time, would love to come along to other meets! Thanks |

| Re: Post Rolling Road Day Discussion and Pictures/Video I want to thank Steve for a great day and was happy with my results with the fact it took me 10mins to change my boost on the actuator. Andy's quattro got good readings for being 21 years old. We worked out it has only dropped 3 bhp. I heard that the turbo was glowing plus a good job it didnt break down due to me being the mechanic that looks after it. Cheers for the day and see everyone at the next meet!!!!!!!

| Re: Post Rolling Road Day Discussion and Pictures/Video sounds like the rollers weren't right, some of those figures are way too high.

![]() surely they will all be in the ball park or all be way to high/low i think ChrisRs Honda had just under the manufacturers figures , and i wouldn't call that run in yet at only 4k miles i agree there was at least one odd figure , but we will wait and to see the VAGCOM logs on that one before passing judgement

| Re: Post Rolling Road Day Discussion and Pictures/Video Don't think Dave would agree that the rollers were giving high readings either (unless they are biased against FIAT )

| Re: Post Rolling Road Day Discussion and Pictures/Video Just got back online. Thanks for a great day guys. Oh and thanks for putting up with us running non-skoda cars on the day. Got 247.35bhp @ Fly and 240ft/lb which made me very happy ![]() Seems logical also as l've gained 8bhp from last year since l did filter/exhaust/bov. |

Maybe it could be other things on the car limiting its power... air filter, exhaust etc???? You surely should get some decent results on your VRS! | |

| Re: Post Rolling Road Day Discussion and Pictures/Video Can pop some photos up now Chris - I'll sort something out with you about video though. The ones taken are quite big currently and ideally need editing/re-encoding to get down to a reasonable size. Steve
