Cool Real Ale group buy for the Lakes Camping Trip

Thought I'd pop this into a seperate thread.

My local brewery, Storm Brewing Company, produce some absolutely fantastic real ales. I've currently got an 18 pint mini barrel in the garage for this weekend and can safely say that it's one of the best beers I've ever drunk, and I've been to a fair few beer festivals!

They do barrels in 18 pints, 36 pints and 70 pints so I was thinking would anyone be interested in getting a barrel in and share the cost? The 18 pint goes for £25, the 36pint for about £35 and the 70 pint for about £70. I'll be staying two nights and it'll easily keep all weekend if we keep a wet towel over it to keep it cool.

They have a few beers available, but I'd prefer a "pale ale". The one I have in at the moment is called PGA (nothing to do with the golf), it's 4.4% abv and is a really fruity and nicely hopped beer.

Any takers? I'll probably end up getting in an 18 pint for myself anyway but if anyone else is up for sharing, please add your name below!

I'll need a week's notice before the trip though so the brewery can make it up for us though.

Cheers.

Looks like it'll be a 36 pinter a the moment . . . an 18 pinter would be a bit on the lean side, unless we just take some bottles to pad it out.
