| Right. Tried to change the rear pads on my 02' TDi L/K earlier and encountered some trouble. Could anyone please tell me how to retract the rear cylinders so i can get the new pads in? or could there be another problem with it? Cheers. Ratus.

| You need a retraction tool that rotates them as it pushes them back - see this post for some links. Halfords often stock them too.

| be careful not to activate the hand brake lever as this will push the piston back out.oh the fun i had,until i realised what i was doing ![]()
