The pfr6q's are the original long life platinum plug.
The iridiums are after market plugs, therfore no vag part number.
You can still gap iridiums at 0.8mm no problems.

AFAIK they should be pre-gapped due to the electrode being very fine? I didnt gap them and the car runs fine.

Yeah you do have to be careful the denso models come with a 0.4mm electrode tip
Works for me at 0.7mm though -remapped.
What is the ngk version gapped at as standard?

When I got my PFR6Q's, all 4 plugs had a different gap... So I guess they're not pre-gapped to anything in particular.

plug gaps on vrs should be no more than 0.8mm.
I blew out 2 coil packs due to plugs being 1.1mm.
I am unsure about the super 4s.

each to their own, and if you feel the need for £££ exotic plugs, then they will all work fine.
You will also find that conventional copper cored NGK BKR7E will work equally as well as any of the rest, only downside is they won't last as long.. but at £7 a set that's hardly a problem

Plugs in and all seems well, car idles much smoother.
£21 in halfrauds, but with discount 11.99

Looks like the NSK PFR6Q's that came out are the originals so have done 63,000 and look abouty had it. just for info those coils were a pig to get out, nicely stuck in.
