You must have loads of money then. You will be replacing others several times before the 3's give out, trust me I know. You will not get the benifit of full adjustment either.

i made my choice and im happy with the 1s
( as for the weitecs i had them on my mk2 golf for years and never had a prob and that thing was the most unlucky cursed car EVER! lol )

i woulda paid for the kw 3s but hey lol sumin musta caught my eye as i was saving lol lol
i think the gov should give out free grants to those that save for KWs and dont want to put the extra lol lol or blow it any other toys lol
maybe i will start a partition or sumin lol
free grants to briskoda members to help them along lol we save half toward what we want, and the gov pay the rest from the speed cams we dont see lol
it wouldbe like our own piggy bank lol lol

Feel i have to wade in to this as it seems to be getting ridiculous, I know poeple who have had weitecs and also more recently V1's and have no problems whatsoever!

This should be a discussion forum not lets slag off whatever we can, even if you havce had bad experiences with gear.

It seems people have lost site of the original posts and there is a BUDGET involved here amongst other things such as what he wants it to do so straight away the V3's are out of the question as a are (And i quote) Mucho denerio and secondly the ammount of adjustment on them puts them really for track use. . . . is that what he wanted in the first place . . . . just a thought!

cheapest is not best.. if you spend 450-500 and have to bin them every 12 months how is that cheaper than 1k and keeping them much longer? too many people have had too many koni inserts fail.

Im not saying cheapest is the best just saying this guy is on a BUDGET! ! !

Surely they have a twelve month waranty on them anyway!?!?!

Even if the V1's i do buy fail (And i dont believe they will) i could still buy another set and have a spare for each corner for less then the price of the v3's

If we all didnt have a budget wouldnt this be the Audi R8, Bugatti and 911 Turbo forum?!?!?!?!?!?!

PS. Im not saying the v3's arent the best, im just saying they are the most expensive, just like the 911 turbo i would like!

after all is it not easier to say or give our views then let him make his own mind up? rather than give orders then just get in arguement with other members?
cos i can kinda see where this whole things going with the last few posts
surlely its get V3 if you can afford them , if not get v1s, if not go for weitecs as they will do what he is after, if not and you just wana bodge get clamps or cut **** lol

Have had fitted KW V3, and set to 14/19 (19 hardest), dampening set to medium & rideheight about vRS at rear and a little lower @ front.
Will maybe set a little softer in a few months, but having too much fun @ mo !
ARB uprated to H&R R32 kit. Wheel are uprated to 225/40R18.

It goes round hard gravel tracks like a go-kart
