| There is quite a difference in price between the brands so thats a consideration. Neuspeed items are popular, but the cheaper Whiteline items are also favourable.

| I'm interested in getting a rear arb also. Does anyone have a photo guide of how to fit one? I'm thinking of having a go myself, but would appreciate a dummies guide. ![]()

| Thinking of a rear ARB myself, any ideas on prices we'd expect to pay?

| The whiteline bar is somewhere around £125 I think. Balance motorsport can supply them. Fitting is really easy, I would give yourself a couple of hours, but realistically it could be done in an hour quite easily once you know what you're doing. There's a guide kicking about for fitting one to a Fabia, it's the same principal so should give you a good idea. |

| Once you get the bar out of the box there is a set of instructions in there that make sence. Easy as anything to fit but like Phil said give yourself a couple of hours and you will be sorted |
