only drivers door unlock with my fob 54 octavia 1.9tdi

When I press the unlock button on my keyfob only the drivers door unlock I have to unlock it with the button inside.

Been working fine upto now and still locks ok on the fob.

any ideas?

Mine is set so I have to press it once to open the drivers door, and twice in quick succession to open all doors.

Have you tried doing that?

I think you can change it to be the other way round with VagCom, or a dealer could do it.

Had the car over a year and its been fine.

Only recently started playing up.

It sounds like it's in selective locking mode. Have it scanned and have it coded to not be in selective locking. I also set mine to auto lock on the move and auto unlock when you turn it off and remove the key out of the ignition. A scan will reveal if there are any faults. Greg.
