Keep it held in for a while as sometimes it takes a few seconds to pull through if it hasnt been used for a bit. Either that or a pipe has busted.

Check to see that the pipe is still connected, as its common to come off, and the water goes into the boot, or the rear hatch itself.

Agreed with both. Oh and when if does deliver it's a river, not a spray, if mine's anything to go by!

The pipe sometimes comes apart on the drivers side of the boot behind the CD changer. This can result in some electrical problems as an electrical connection there becomes wet.

As Fordfan says, except that the stacker is on the LHS of the boot!

Hmmmmm that might explain it.

My one didn't work and I thought it was just struggling to draw the water through so I held it on for 30 seconds at a time and I did that about half a dozen times before giving up. No wonder my back window had condensation on the inside of it for a week or so afterwards

Unhappy Re: Rear wiper/washer???

well i looed at mine today, found some rather disturbing results

I pulled away the drivers side carpeting in the boot, where i was told the washer pipe runs, it was alittle damp around the area, probaly where ive tried my rear washer a few times, but i found a large blue hose dangling Im talking a bid pipe aswell, almost like a garden hose pipe, couldnt see what it was attacthed to, will have to take the rear seats out i think, but im slightly worried that some one may have bodged it up at some point, will investigate more at the weekend and post some pictures of the horrific blue pipe
