Don't see why not.

My first one was remapped at 10k and I sold it 2 years later with 138000 on the clock, current one was remapped at 8k, now done 136000 in 2.5 years, still going strong. Manny had has done early and I think his is still OK 100k+, there is a red one in Kent with 150k+ on it, Stuart and Wendy's is over 110k........

Mine was done at 55K and has now been sold with 132K on the clock. No matter what age of the car... do it!

Not quiet right, was remapped at low miles by Jabba and was going really strong when the car was sold at 54K, had no issues whatsoever. I think you confused the octy with the for sale mondeo that has just shy of 159K on it.

Main thing to do I suppose with that kinda mileage is to make sure the engine is generally in a good condition, and if there are problems, sort them out before the remap.

I'd probably do waterpump/cambelt - the cost isn't too great and it may save you a lot of grief

I have just had mine done at 103k, and its an ex police car so probably has had a hard life. I did run it for 12k first though to make sure all was ok.
Go for it!

had mine remapped at about 90k and have just been told that at my current milage of 114K i need a top end rebuild as my valve stem seals are worn and as a result let a little bit of oil past at high revs with a decent bit of turbo pressure.
