| Hi, I have an S reg 1.6 GLXi and I can't open the drivers door from the inside. When I removed the door panel I found that the cable had broken. Can any one recommend where I can get a replacement? and; how much I can expect to pay for one? I find skoda dealers are very frustrating when it comes to identifying spare parts. I find VW garages are much better. Does anyone agree? Regards; Chris |

| Shouldnt have a problem with Skoda. Take your chassis number and they will be able to look up the correct part. I replaced one for a mate a few weeks back, had done the same thing. Not a difficult job but you do have to take the door handle and catch out to get the back end of the new cable on.

| I got one last year and it was a shade over £11. Don't have the part number though. |
