Default Another Rolling road day result

Hi all,
Just got back from the SCN rolling road day at RS Tuning Leeds.
Here are my results.

Bhp/ Torque

Wheel BHP/AFR

I was a little disappointed with the bhp outcome 216.8 BHP but its only a stage one generic map and with full exhaust.

Torque was much better than i thought it would be 264 ftlb
Thoughts please

I wouldn't be disappointed with that at all

As you said, big improvement from the previous map! A little surprised it was so different from the vag-com reading as vag-com and g-tech gave me pretty much exactly the same results.

Yeah it is quite a bit lower than vag-com, bhp wise
but torque is higher than what vag-com said.
The guy did say to try it on the n75f and it may smooth out the bhp so i may get a little more, at the same time i may loose the torque hmmm.

I had a bit of trouble on this rolling road day to start with.
Car made 168bhp to start with, second run 180bhp, car stopped and checked, found nothing wrong. off again 216.8bhp, hmmm.
Tonight i checked fault codes- max charge pressure exceeded, damn n75J.
Checked vag-com boost log- 1.4bar peak . Strange never had a prob at all till this RR day
N75J runners beware.
Back running the n75f now....damn its slow

What!

What does it normally peak at, 20psi doesn't seem too bad with a turbo back...? Mines just over 16psi with a stage 1.

Does this mean you're sending the J valve for me to test now?

Kidding, unlucky mate- you going to stick with the f valve or look at the ECS racing?

Or how about the J valve with a manual boost controller?

What lend you another valve
May sell it.
Not really thought about another valve yet, i don't think the ecs will give much more than standard tbh.

Think the RR knackered the n75J in the end, i keep getting boost exceeded fault code. Good news is the n75f i have provides as much pressure as the J valve .
