Quite a few of the TFSi owners have fitted NGK Iridium spark plugs which seem to be pretty good although what constitutes a good spark plug is anyones guess!

NGK Iridium

How much are they in the UK? I was quoted $43 each, which is about 17 quid - can't be right surely?

IIRC Halfords sell the NGK irridium for £20.99 for a set of 4 and Bosch super 4 for £19.99.

You can get them cheaper at motor factors, however it might be worth just using the VAG ones as IIRC they were the best for the MK I according to people on here.

TBH you should be fine with anything that has a copper core, which is pretty much everything these days.
