Default Standard Rear Bumper / VRS Rear Bumper

Can anyone tell me the difference between the standard rear bumper VS the vrs rear bumper. I know the VRS has the exhaust cut out but is the VRS bumper any deeper than the standard?

I'm going for the vrs front bumper but wasn't sure if the vrs rear bumper would also need replacing so the car doesn't look silly by being low at the front but high at the back.

Cheers, thats the one that got me thinking about swapping the bumpers as it's the right colour to start with. I dont mind the paint being a little rough round the edges as my car's covered in chips and they all need sorting anyway.
