| Were is maked my octavia Tour 2007? Hi folks, here in Venezuela, South America we can find the Octavias on VW dealers, they offer warranty, parts and service. I buy one with 2.0 engine and aotu tranny for us (wife dislikes manual gearbox), looking on the engine bay i can't found a badge with the country of origin,, so my question is, were is my MKI made? Were are the plants located worldwide? Thanks in advance SV |

I cant believe it would be cost effective to ship a car from cz to venezuala, so it could be that your car is made in central america/mexico although I dont know if there is a factory there. I know that cars made for the Indian market are actually built in India for example.

"Skoda also produces cars in emerging markets, for sale in those markets, including India, the Ukraine, Bosnia and Kazakhstan. Production will begin later this year in China, for the Chinese market, and in the future, in Russia, for the Russian market."
