Default Anyone lowered their VRs?

I have been thinking about doing this for a while - more for aesthetical reasons than anything else as I am more than happy with the ride and handling. It just sits so bloody high but when you fill up the boot it looks far better being lower.

Has anyone else done it and what did you do? I lowered my Golf V5 by just fitting Eibach springs and kept the standard dampers and that worked well - improved the ride and handling no end as well, so I am thinking along these lines at the moment for my VRs.

Would be interested to get other people's views, I know this has probably been discussed before but I am sure I'm not the only one thinking about it.

I had the Eibach pro-kit. Looked nice.. until I wanted it even lower.

Can't really go wrong with those though! Cheap too.

I understand that Eibach and Koni are working on a kit for the vRS which should be available soon.

I recently saw a vRS (OctyII) with a Koni/Eibach kit straight from the Golf MkV but to be honest it was difficult to see the difference!.
