| Hi all, Took delivery of my VRS yesterday and I'm really impressed..Taking it easy at the moment to let it 'run in' but JC the power when you do give it a little wallop would nearly put you in the boot!..One little niggle, on my Altea the doors auto locked once you went over 10kph (always handy with kids in the back!) but on the Octy they don't...Is there something I need to do with a setting?...Cheers

| Do you have maxidot? if so you can do it via the menu, if not a quick trip to the dealer and they'll have to plug in their machine and make the setting live.

| It sits under something like "convenience" in the maxidot if I remember correctly. Enjoy playing with the different options in there!

| I did mine through maxidot - dont bother reading the manual - just sit in the car and play with the menu's, you will find it in no time

| you can also open the rear doors, stick the ignition key in and activate the rear child locks so they can only be opened from the outside

Press & hold the lower part of the window stalk rocker switch to enter menu. FYI you'll need to close doors, and connect seat belt to enter it. Also it has to be done when car is stationery. In the menus you use the up/down of toggle switch to cycle through menu and the button under the stalk to select. FYI theres a cool window closure one if it rains, all windows close (mine doesn't have it )

| You have to enable "convenience", and then another menu appears under setup for selecting auto locking options. The cleaver bit is, if you set “all doors”, the computer will remember when you opened the car with the remote, if only one door was unlocked, or all doors. It then opens one door or all doors accordingly when the key is removed from the ignition. |
