| My divertor 'C' valve split at about 20k miles, (9k after my remap), although I'm sure it started to split long before 20k but by then it became a gapping hole and car felt particularly slow. Anyway replaced the valve with another standard C type, but want to know what my options are when it splits again. I know of the forge version but now have concerns about boost spikes and compressor surge and I got a little lost at the part about adding fuel filters etc to rectify this. I just want a simple fit that won't split or spike. Are there any other divertor valves out there to use or has the Forge one now been sorted and easy to fit? |

| The Forge one is really the only option you have in the UK. The issues you mention with fuelling and the option of fitting a revised fuel pump are only related to cars with intakes and mainly stage II software. Sounds to me like you have a split DV again and if it were my money/car I'd invest in the Forge one, if only to rule that out of the equation especially as you have a mapped car.

| I'm not convinced by this 'spike' theory in the US that they've been rattling on about. This is a log run with a standard DV - ![]()

| Looks like I'll be investing in the Forge one then, (although after Christmas). I'm running a Pipercross panel filter so hopefully will not suffer anymore spiking than the standard DV does. |

| There is no spike or surging , its typical US bull**** , propagated by a company who are looking in to manufacturing thier own product If you buy the Forge and you are not 100% happy you can have your money back
