| The diverter valve is fitted directly to the turbo casing and is electronically controlled. Forge make two devices which will simply give you the sound effect, one is fully vented to atmosphere and the other is 3 position adjustable. They have also just released a Hybrid diverter valve which is designed to overcome some of the weakness's of the OEM unit. Please don't keep posting your question in the introduction section. | It probably is, I guess it's there to smooth out airflow and reduce wind noise or whatever from under the car, but I dread to think of the consequenses of telling the dude to remove his "soundproofing" ![]() |
