| I have the new octavia hatch back, 18tdi (July 05). Can some one tell me where the test socket is on this car. I need to switch on the auto door locking when at 10km/ hr. Thanks Barrywis |

| There is a shelf to the right of the steering wheel, right towards the bottom of the dash (you cant see it from the drivers seat). To the left of the shelf there is a rectangular black cover over the diagnostic socket. The cover pulls off. EDIT: Sorry, I did not notice this was in the Octavia MKII section.
