| I have just bought a 2005 Octavia 2.0litre fsi I thougt it was great , young family ,great car for the family masive boot. but for last three weeks i have had a problem with petrol smells comming from the engine bay. ![]() the car has been back to dealer three times but still not found the problem the staff have been very friendly , they are just as frustrated as i am. As anybody had the same problem peep |

| I had a 2.0 FSi do that myself. I put a new charcoal canister on it and the problem was sorted. However it did take a few days for he small to wear off completely after I had changed it. Worth a go.
